Meet Dr. Gene Woodard

Dr. Gene Woodard is a dedicated hearing care professional with over 30 years of experience helping individuals reconnect with the sounds of life. As the owner and founder of his hearing practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Woodard is known for his patient-centered approach, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to improving the quality of life for those with hearing loss.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Woodard studied at Oklahoma State University, The University of Tulsa, and Wichita State University, where he built a strong foundation in hearing science and clinical audiology. His professional journey began with the Beltone Hearing Aid Service in Wichita, Kansas, where he worked for ten years before returning home to Oklahoma to establish his own practice.

Since 1997, Dr. Woodard has proudly served patients throughout the Tulsa area, offering comprehensive hearing care and personalized solutions tailored to each patient’s unique hearing profile. In addition to his Tulsa office, he also provides care two days a week at an ENT clinic in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, expanding access to quality hearing healthcare across the region.

Throughout his career, Dr. Woodard has been actively involved in hearing research and clinical audiology, staying at the forefront of advancements in digital hearing aid technology. His passion lies in helping patients experience clearer communication, greater confidence, and an improved quality of life through precisely fitted, state-of-the-art hearing instruments.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Woodard and his wife, Julie, enjoy attending the Tulsa Symphony, supporting the Oklahoma State Cowboys, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder. His strong Oklahoma roots and dedication to his community are evident in both his professional and personal life.
